Job Details:
Coordinates the delivery of services including, but not limited to, assessments, treatment planning and coordination, discharge planning, direct treatment including individual and group therapies, as well as patient, family, employee education. Collects, tabulates data, alerts treating team to potential/risk management issues.
Education: Master''s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing with particular emphasis on Addictions treatment.
Experience: Two years experience in a mental health or addictions treatment setting.
Certification: Holds current license as LGPC, LGSW-C, Psychology Associate, or eligible for license within 90 days of hire. Preference given to Addictions Certification with above credential.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
